Tenders are invited for Upgrading and Rehabilitation of Water Scheme with Provision and Installation of Water Pump System Oxfam also has the right to exclude those tenderers who will not meet the administrative compliance criteria. · Proof of Company Registration in [Yemen Republic] · Copy of valid Tax card. · Three satisfactory references of customers for whom the same type of services was provided; Oxfam reserves the right to contact these references, without notifying the Tenderer. · List of customers in the last 24 months and copy of similar contracts (at least 3 contracts). Ideally NGOs. · Tender Guarantee: Bank guarantee or irrevocable check in not less than 2% of the Total Bid Price, valid for 45 days from the date of tender submission. Oxfam reserves the right to negotiate, accept or reject any or all proposals and quotations at its sole discretion and to pursue or act further on any responses it considers advantageous. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bid price, administratively and technically compliant tenderer.
