• Quotation are invited for Supply of Water System (Rehabilitation) for 6 Water Projects in 6 IDPS Sites- Marib Gov. 1 Rehabilitation of water system in Marib district - 1 site - Al Shabwan Muhamasheen (see design and BOQ attached) 1 l/S 2 Rehabilitation of water system in Marib district - 1 site -Ad Dyat (see design and BOQ attached) 1 l/S 3 Rehabilitation of water system in Marib City district - 1 site - Alnajah (see design and BOQ attached) 1 l/S 4 Rehabilitation of water system in Marib district - 1 site -Abo Hammam (see design and BOQ attached). 1 l/S 5 Rehabilitation of water system in Marib district - 1 site - Alghson (see design and BOQ attached) 1 l/S 6 Rehabilitation of water system in Marib City district - 1 site - Maneen Al-Hadad (see design and BOQ attached) 1 l/S The Definition of “pass” Criteria: 1- Relevant past performance experience for similar projects The “10%” criteria will be given for offers that have the highest number of projects related to the Constructer latrines projects in the last five years. Bidder should submit an evidence for his past experience in this major such as contracts with successful completion certificate, project delivering certificates, payments …etc. The bidder will be excluded from technical evaluation if he failed in this criteria. 2- Past Experience with IOM/UN Agency/INGOs/NGOs The “10%” criteria will be given for offers that have the highest number of projects related completed projects with IOM/UN Agency/INGOs/NGOs related to the humanitarian projects in the last five years. Bidder should submit an evidence for his experience such as contracts with service completion note, project delivering certificates, payments …etc. 3- Detailed Time Work Plan and Schedule The “10%” criteria will be given for offer/s that submit a logical and shortest time plan. The schedule should show the implementation period according to the activities (Gantt-chart can be used). The plan should be clear and applicable. 4- Company Profile The “10%” criteria will be given for offer/s that submit a good profile which mention the Company scope of business, past project, labor capacity, equipment capacity …etc. the profile should be written in professional way and represent the company. The supporting documents will be consider such as the C.V of management and engineers, contracts, appreciating certificates, pictures …etc. 5- List of materials with brand name and made The “50%” criteria will be given for offer/s that submit excellent materials with well-known brand names and country of made providing with documents such as catalogs, quality certificate, guidelines, maintenance insurance or/and pictures …etc. The documents should be for the main items in the projects like pumps, pipes, valves, maintenance kit, tanks, …etc. The good quality only will be consider. The bidder will be excluded from technical evaluation if he failed in this criteria. 6- Submitted Construction Health and Safety Guidelines specific to this project The “5%” criteria will be given for offer/s that submit good Construction Health and Safety Guidelines specific to this project to ensure the safety and well-being of the workers and all people directly involved in this project. The bidder should explain in detail what safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) should be used in this project. 7- Site Visit Attendance The “5%” criteria will be given for offer/s that submit sites visit attendance sheets. The bidder to visit the location/site as scheduled by IOM to understand the components of the projects as well as the accessibility. In addition, the visit will enable the bidder to have a better understanding of the site situation/condition and the scope of the work, which will help to provide a logical offer. A site visit attendance sheet will be prepared by IOM to be signed by Bidders who visited the site as per schedule. Note: The site visit and meeting will be determined later according to the number of bid requests. Others: · Deadline of submission offers will be on the 14th of December 2021. · Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty calendar days (90 days) after submission of Bids. · The system will reject submissions after the deadline. Bids will be opened at the above address and within one week after closing date. · IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action. IOM is encouraging companies to use recycled materials or materials coming from sustainable resources or produced using a technology that has lower ecological footprints
