- Tenders are invited for Supply of Sewing Machine Bags, Housekeeping Bags and Hairdressing Bags. The deadline for submission of bids will be Tuesday 25 May 2021, and no bids will be accepted after this date. Within the framework of the partnership and cooperation agreement between HUMAN ACCESS And the United Nations Population Fund ( UNFPA)) Within the project to provide protection services based on human rights and livelihood support for survivors of violence based on gender, women and girls at risk , calling for HUMAN ACCESS Qualified and specialized companies and institutions submit their bids according to their specialization in the following components: · Supplying (105) sewing machine bags and their accessories. · Supplying (45) housekeeping bags. · Supplying (15) hairdressing bags and accessories. Qualified companies with experience and interested legal entity can obtain the relevant bidding documents by downloading them from the link on the right of this page below " Downloads& Attachments" Important Instructions: 1. Bids must be delivered signed and sealed in a sealed envelope and sealed with red wax to the Association's office in Hadramout - Seiyun at the following address Al-Thawra neighborhood - east of the rental station - phone 05403111 2. The following documents must be attached to the tenders: - · Unconditional lump sum bank guarantee (3000) Dollars valid for two 120 Day from the date of opening the envelopes. · A copy of a valid tax and zakat card. · A copy of the valid commercial register. · A copy of the last three recent completed / in progress contracts with other organizations or bodies in the same field. 1. The submitted bid must be valid for a period 90 Day from the date of opening the envelopes. 2. The bid must be in dollars as payment will be made in dollars. 3. The deadline for submitting bids is before or on Tuesday 25 / May / 2021 AD, and any bid submitted after this date will not be accepted. 4. The envelopes will be opened on Tuesday 25 May 2021 at 11 am in the presence of / the suppliers or their representatives in the project office at the address shown above. 5. The association reserves its right to accept or reject part or all of the bids without giving reasons, noting that the association is not obligated to award the lowest bids. 6.
