- Quotation are invited for Supply of Medicines for 8 Health Facilities. Letter of Guarantee: - 2.5% from total quotation for each section. General Instructions: - Getting envelopes during working hours 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m. providing a scan of official Letter of Interest sent to above emails. All suppliers should submit two sealed envelopes 1- Financial Proposal. 2- Technical Specifications . All suppliers must follow General Instructions for Suppliers (GIS) provided in I.T.B documents. All suppliers can apply once providing one quotation All suppliers have the choice to apply for all or part of requested items and locations. All final prices should include all relevant costs, transportation and other types of expenses to final destinations. All items proposed by suppliers should indicate, expiry date (product life Sycle), production date, country of origin, manufacture certificate and catalogues. Life Sycle on delivery must be at least 60% remaining. Sample of all medicines applied for with supplier name on each item, and the samples are not returnable. All suppliers are requested to provide the following information on their email of requesting tender documents.
