- Tenders are invited for Supply & Install Solar Systems in Multiple Locations within Aden Gov. Solar PV Module: Supply, install, test, and commission of solar tier-1 PV modules, the capacity is not less than 540-560 W and should be comprised of either mono-crystalline or polycrystalline. - Conformity with CE and IEC 61215, IEC 61730, IEC 61701 IEC 61215, IEC 61730 ISO 9001: Quality Management System ISO 14001: Environment Management System ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety IEC 62941: Design and Manufacture of Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Modules or equivalent standards. - Conversion efficiency should be not less than 20.9% under STC. - The PV module shall perform satisfactorily in temperatures between - 40 C to +85 C. - The rated output power of any supplied module shall have a tolerance of 0-5 W. - The module shall be provided with a junction box with IP67. - The supplied module DC voltage should be not less than 1500 VDC. - The product warranty should be at least 10 years. Solar Inverter: Operating temperature Range: -10 _ 55 C INVERTER MODE: Supply, install, test, and commissioning of single phase, pure sine wave, 230 V, 50Hz as per technical specifications shall meet the following specifications: - Shall produce pure sine waveform with provision for a battery charger - include a parallel kit as required for three-phase operation. - Total Harmonic Distortion shall be less than 3%. - Designed for indoor enclosure IP 20. - Maximum efficiency should be not less than 88 % at full load. - Shall be certified to meet CE and UL marking and compliant with IEC 62109. - The device should be integrated with LED indicators and LCD display. - It shall allow adjustment of battery voltage and charging current. - The device shall allow connection to grid and/or backup generator(s); - The charging function of the inverter/charger shall include battery charging functionality and shall be wired in ways that make use of the inverter-s battery charging functionality if the installation includes either mains power or a diesel generator. - Protections required: AC overload and load short circuit, overvoltage, overheating, and battery reverse polarity.
