Quotation are invited for Supply & Implementation of Rehabilitation Works for of Al Akhmour Al Kharej Water Scheme in Al Akhmour Subdistrict - Al Mawaset District -Taiz Gov Terms and Conditions · This is only a Request for Quotation and its issuance does not obligate Samaritan-s Purse to make award for any or all of the items and quantities stated in the Statement of Work. Samaritan-s Purse is not obligated to pay for any costs incurred by the bidders in preparation and submission of their quotation. · Any subsequent award will be subject to Samaritan-s Purse standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Product will be inspected to ensure compliance to technical requirements within the Statement of Work. · SP reserves the right to award the most qualified vender who is providing the best value, regardless of the lowest price submitted. · SP reserves the right to award each category to more than one bidder or to reject all applicants and cancel the solicitation at any time. · SP accepts no responsibility and is under no obligation to reimburse applicants for the costs associated with preparation of their applications. · Payment will be within 30 business days upon delivery and after preliminary verification of the items specified, their functionality, originality and receipt of invoice.
