Tenders are invited for Purchase and Supply of FTTH Project Equipment and Accessories (Phase II) Tender Fees (SR): 60,000 Announcement date: 2021-10-26 Last date for submission of applications: 2021-11-23 The date of opening the envelopes: 2021-11-28 The first group: Purchase and supply of FTTH booths and network accessories Bid security amount in dollars 11,000 Group Two: Purchase and supply of various cables for the FTTH network Bid security amount in dollars 11,000 Companies wishing to enter into this tender must submit their written requests during official working hours to : - The Public Telecommunications Corporation - The General Department of Procurement and Stores - Contracts and Tenders Department in Al Garraf Airport Street to take a copy of the specifications against the fees specified above (not refundable). The deadline for selling documents On Tuesday, November 23, 2021 AD. The bid shall be submitted in a closed envelope sealed with red wax to the address of the specified institution and written on it the name of the institution, the project, the tender number, and the name of the bidder, with the following documents attached to it:- Bank guarantee or check accepted for payment. In the same form as the format specified in the tender documents as specified above, it is valid for a period of (120) days from the date of opening the envelopes. A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate. A copy of the sales tax certificate + a valid tax card. A copy of the insurance card + a valid zakat card. A copy of the profession practice certificate. Samples of the materials specified in the technical specifications shall be submitted. . Foreign companies are excluded from submitting the aforementioned cards and certificates, and it is sufficient to submit qualified legal documents issued by the countries to which these companies belong. The last date for receiving bids and opening envelopes is eleven o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday 28/11/2021 AD. Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned in their delivered condition to their owners. The envelopes will be opened at the employer-s headquarters shown above in the envelopes opening hall in the General Administration of Procurement and Stores in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official signed and sealed authorization.
