- Tenders are invited for Supply of Filters for Land Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Tugs, and Marine Boats in the Port of Mukalla, Eng. Hadhramout. - The bid shall be submitted in a closed envelope sealed with red wax to the address of the specified entity , with the name of the entity , the project, the purchase transaction number , and the name of the bidder written on it, and enclosed with the following documents : 1. A bank guarantee in the same form as specified in the tender documents for a lump sum of ( 2,000 ) two thousand Saudi riyals valid for a period of (120) days from the date of opening the envelopes, or a check accepted for payment . 2. A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate . 3. A copy of the sales tax certificate + a copy of a valid tax card . 4. A copy of the insurance card + a copy of a valid Zakat card 5. A copy of the profession practice certificate Foreign companies are excluded from submitting the certificates and cards referred to above , and qualified legal documents issued by the countries to which these companies belong are sufficient . The deadline for receiving bids and opening envelopes is 11:00 am on Monday, corresponding to : December 18 , 2023 AD. Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned in their delivered condition to their owners .
