• Tenders are invited for A Project to Supply of Equipment and Install Networks for the Main Information Center in the Governorate's General Office. m project site: Governorate center The value of the documents: 15,000 m amounted to primary guarantee: 510,000 Which will be funded from the local authority budget. · They invite the qualified contractors wishing to enter the above-mentioned tenders to submit a written request to the Purchases and Stores Department of the Finance Office of the General Administration during official working hours to purchase envelopes and tender documents in exchange for the fees specified for each project, which are not returned. When submitting the bid, the following documents must be attached: 1. Attach a preliminary guarantee for entering the tender (bank guarantee / check accepted for payment) that is unconditional and irrevocable in the amount specified for each project and for a validity period of 120 days. 2. The applicant contractor must attach experience certificates and contracts in the same field during the last period. 3. Attach a copy of the valid tax card and bring the original for verification. 4. Attach a copy of the valid Zakat card and bring the original for verification. 5. Attach a copy of the valid insurance card and bring the original for verification. 6. Attach a valid copy of the commercial registration and bring the original for verification. 7. Attach a copy of a valid license to practice the profession and bring the original for verification. 8. Attach the bid documents in an envelope sealed with red wax and written on it is the name of the entity, the name of the project, the tender number, and the name of the bidder, provided that all documents are signed and sealed with the seal of the bidder. Any bid that does not meet all the conditions will not be accepted. 9. All payments due for the works will be transferred to a bank account of the executing contractor whose details must be provided within the bid documents. · The last date for receiving bids and opening envelopes is (eleven) hours on Wednesday, 27/5/1444 AH corresponding to 12/21/2022 AD , and bids received after this date and opening the first envelope will not be accepted. · The envelopes will be opened in the meeting room in the Finance Office - Al-Bayda Governorate, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official signed and sealed authorization. · Those wishing to participate in this tender can view the tender documents before purchasing them, during official working hours for the twenty-five days of the announcement period, in the Projects Department of the Finance Office.
