Description:
The Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY) and the United Nations Mission to support the Hudaydah Agreement, (UNMHA), have a requirement for the services of a qualified supplier to supply and deliver Stationery and office supplies to their offices in Sana'a, Hudaydah,and Aden (Yemen).The stationery items shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.The contract shall be for an initial period of two (2) years with options for extensions of three (3) years (2+1+1+1) at the sole discretion of the UN and subject to the missionrequirements and the supplier's performance.The Contractor shall deliver the Goods as DAP at the UN's Offices in Sana'a, Aden and / or Hudaydah (Incoterms 2010) within seven (7) working days after receipt of Order. The Contractor shall ensure that the delivered goods are free of defects. In case ofdamage or defects, the item(s) will be returned and replaced at no cost to the UN.Goods that are damaged during the transportation or Goods that are not in accordance with the specification stated in the contract such supplies shall be rejected and replaced by the Contractor. Replacements of suchgoods shall not exceed 7 (seven) days after the original order date if such replacements are still needed. All costs and expenses related to such replacement will be covered by thecontractor.
