Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery of Shelter Maintenance Items for NFLs in Koshar District - Hajjah Gov. An unconditional bank guarantee of 2% of the bid value Accordingly, YGUSSWP invites suppliers and qualified companies specialized in the same field to submit their bids, according to the following: 1- Bidding documents can be obtained from YGUSSWP Main Office, Sana-a, Haddah, Beirut Street, next to the German Embassy during official working hours, Starting on Sunday 03/03/2024 , The last date for receiving Samples and bids will be on Sunday 31/03/2024 at 01:00 PM, no bids will be accepted after this date. The Envelopes will be opened on the same day, on Sunday 31/03/2024 at 01:30 PM at YGUSSWP Main office (Sana-a, Haddah, Beirut Street, next to the German Embassy). 2- To obtain the tender documents, it is required to bring an official letter or an authorization to receive the documents (attached is a copy of the commissioner-s ID card). 3- Bids shall be submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax on which are written the project title, the title and the number of the tender, and the name of the bidder. They must be accompanied by the following: 1- Envelope 1: an unconditional bank guarantee of 2% of the bid value must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes. Any bid that is not accompanied by a bank guarantee will be rejected. 2- Envelope 2: The financial offer: Bids must be attached to the following The validity period of the price offer is one full year, which can be extended for an additional year, starting from the date of opening the envelopes. The bid shall be submitted in US dollars. Any bid submitted in a different currency will be disqualified
