• Quotation are invited for Supply and Installation of Emergency Shelter- Iron Nets in Al Arsh, Ereq Al Jalal, Almurraf and Al Ekremah Sites in Marib Governorate. Deadline to receive the bids is 20 November 2022 The objective of the RFQ: Provision of 330 Units of Emergency Shelter- Iron Nets in Al Arsh, Ereq Al Jalal, Almurraf and Al Ekremah sites, in Marib Governorate. The service provider has to be legally licensed and registered in Yemen. The deadline to submit the quotation is 20 November 2022 at 4:00 PM Local Time- any quotation submitted after the deadline will not be considered. PAH has its right to choose a service provider not depending only on the lowest price. The quality of the benefits will be considered too. All PAH terms, conditions, and policies must be accepted by the service provider. PAH will not cover any costs related to the creation of the bids. PAH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all expressions of interest or cancel the process without informing the interested applicants. Those entitled to carry out business activities in compliance with the legal rules and regulations of their country, and who possess the necessary permissions or licenses required to carry out their business activities. Those possessing the experience, knowledge and technical potential, as well as the personnel necessary to deliver the order. Those with their business residence is in the territory of the Republic of Yemen, Marib Governorate. Those whose financial and economic situation guarantees the delivery of the order. Those not subject to exclusion from the tender procedure for the reasons set forth in the attached Tenderer-s Statement.
