- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Medicines and Medical Supplies. Bank Guarantee for a value of 2.5% of the Total amount of the bid valid for 30 days from tender opening day. Targeted Area Khanfir District, Abyan Governorate The Potential suppliers must have the minimum requirements as following: · Due Diligence documents: 1. Valid official license of the supplier and official registration. 2. Valid tax card. 3. Valid commercial Registration card. 4. Valid zakat 5. Provide stable, fixed and valid quotation for not less than 1 months [30 days]. 6. Bank Guarantee for a value of 2.5% of the Total amount of the bid valid for 30 days from tender opening day. · Provide any experience certificates in the same field with INGOs \ NNGOs. · Potential Suppliers shall fill, sign, stamp and return all tender documents. · Potential Suppliers shall understand the (instructions to bidder-s form), contain all the instructions and conditions of the tender. · Potential Suppliers are encouraged to consult the website regularly for potential modification to the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted before Thursday 03-03-2022 at 11:45 a.m. at the address (mentioned above ) in a red wax - sealed envelope). Late Bids will be automatically rejected. YDN will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to YDN.
