• Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Hygiene Kit - (NFIs). Soap Bar Washing Powder Bucket with lid Jerry can Towel Female sanitary napkin Plastic basin Plastic Jug ( Ebrik) Cloth , Baby wash Baby diapers Potty Chlorine tablet, 33mg Carton Box, 3 layers. Provision of 2.0% Bid Security. Deadline: 18-03-2021 Time: 23:59. Bidders will Have to include the breakdown of the price in the above table and Prices are fixed , inclusive of transportation and insured until the final destination set by IOM. Packing will be subject to IOM request and according to the breakdown provided as needed. Bidders to include the Price of a full kit in Annex 1. ( Hygiene kit specification ) All Packing and marking should include list of contents in English and Arabic and buyer logo. Samples provided at submission should reflect the required. The buyer logo-s and final marking will be provided at the time of awarding the contract. Bidders should have the capacity to deliver on the following governorates. Unit Prices should be inclusive of delivery/d transportation and insurance cost until the final destination. Sealed envelope of “Bid” shall be sent to: IOM ADEN, Mission in Yemen Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) International Organization for Migration Villa no. 33, Abbas Zaki St. Al-Jala-a Neighborhood, Khormakser District, Aden, Republic of Yemen The reference Hygiene Kit Tender (ADE-PLU-2021-001) February 2021 must be written on the envelope containing the “Bid”. “Bid Form” (Form 1), “Price Schedule” (Form 2), “Annex 1 “ must be used when responding to this IFB. Failure of using the said forms in response to the IFB will result in invalidation of your Bid. All documents must be stamped with the bidders name “Bid” must be received by IOM Mission in Yemen latest by 02:00 PM. On 18- March -2020. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. A BID SECURITY in the amount of 2.0% of the total bid amount is required. You must carefully read the specifications provided. All vendors should confirm registration on the IOM YEMEN Vendor Portal Vendor Registration Platform All requests for formal clarification or queries on this IFB must be submitted in writing to email address iomyemenprocbids@iom.int. Please make sure that the e-mail mentions the IFB reference number. Only written inquiries will be entertained. Partial Bid is accepted. IOM can select and award each item to different vendors. Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty calendar days (60 cd) after submission of Bids. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to annul the selection process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected suppliers.
