Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Setting-up of Monitoring Mechanism for CSO Capacities - Aden - EU CSOs. The offers must include the files below: Bids must be submitted signed and sealed in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax. Bids must be accompanied by the following: · A copy of a valid tax card · A copy of the valid commercial register. · The price quote must be valid for ONE year. · The applicant must have relevant experience in carrying out similar work and working with other organizations or entities in the same field. · The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer as described in the terms of reference and must be signed or sealed, unless the bid will be excluded from the competition. · The bid will be submitted in dollars and payment will be in dollars. · The bid will be considered canceled if any of the above conditions are violated. · Tender papers can be obtained by coming to the office at the address specified above during working hours during the announcement days until the last date, which is Tuesday 10/9/2024, by coming in person with a stamp or with a stamped authorization letter for the authorized person to receive the tender papers.
