Bidders not attending the site visit will NOT be considered for further evaluation and bids will be rejected. Location: Aden Fishery Port-Hajif, Mualla-District Aden, Yemen 124744.58"N, 44 5945.43"E Site Visit Modality: Mandatory Date 10 March 2024 Time 11:00 am 12:00 pm § For the site visit arrangement, please use messaging feature in the Quantum system. § Biddersinterested in attending the site visit must send the following information through Quantum portal not later than one day before the site visit: Participant's Name, Nationality, ID/Passport No., Company Name. The email subject must be "Site Visit- ITB UNDP-YEM-00265-2024".§ The site visit is aimedto provide the bidders the opportunity to have a better understanding of the requirement/ Scope of work before sending the formal bid to UNDP. Bidders can raise any technical question during the site visit.§ Bidders are advised to attend the site visit (at their own cost and responsibility). Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held as per the above schedule containing date, time and location. § Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form.
