The sealed envelope should be labeled with the words 'Tender' and Dorcas tender reference numberDorcas/W24/001written on the envelope.Dorcas will provide a sealed container for tender submissions at the above address. No unsealed tenders will be accepted. Notice to Constructors/ companies 1. Dorcas may reduce or increase the quantity of any item before the awarding date 2. Unit prices should be in US dollar. And offers must remain the same even if there is a reduction in the quantities of the order by up to 20%. 3. "Offers must be valid for 6 month. 4. The winning company must present a certified check of 10% of the project value, and it will be returned after the maintenance period (6 months) after the end of the project. Any delay in the project implementation period will be deducted daily by 0.2% of the project value."
