To receive the tender documents: Bidders/applicant can collect the tender documents starting from 18 October 2021 until the final day 31 October 2021 between 09:00 AM to 3:00 PM from NRC offices: 1- NRC Sana'a office location: Hadda Road - Behind AL Fakher Restaurant - Sana'a, Yemen. All Bidders/applicant should sign the tender receive list when collecting the tender documents envelops. Bids Submission Instruction: By hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked rehabilitation, wash and construction works in schools in amran governorate . nrc/ye/21/ yefm2003/2219 to: nrc sana'a office location: hadda road - behind al fakher restaurant - sana'a, yemen. - all bidders/applicant should sign the tender submission list when submitting their sealed envelopes. - supplier's questions will be responded during the above period not after the due date through the email below:- email address: ye.procurement@nrc.no . (this email is not for bids submission). - late bids will be automatically rejected. offers should clearly include the following: 1. bidder has included a copy of their valid company registration, valid business license, valid tax card, zakat card, business bank account. 2. contractors should visit the site (this document must be included in the offer, as part of the mandatory documents, in order to prove the site visit.). 3. documented experience & references from other similar transactions, companies, ngo's, and un agencies (technical offer). 4. validity of offer and confirmed delivery period (detailed implementation plan is mandatory). 5. the net price for each item and to ensure that the amounts for all items are collected correctly. 6. bank guarantee with value of eight thousands usd dollars valid for three months as willingness proof to participate to nrc above tender (to be submitted separately out of the financial & technical sealed envelopes). 7. submission of separated offers (separated financial, separated technical offer, tender invitation papers that will be withdrawn from the office of the norwegian refugee council (itb) , each section must be filled with what is stipulated, as well as stamping each page and attaching it with the technical offer except for the financial offer, the financial offer must be submitted separately.if the financial or technical offer by mistake is submitted in the wrong envelope, the bid will be excluded directly at that stage.. bids should be submitted in a physical sealed envelope as stated above to the norwegian refugee council offices in sana'a by date 1 st november, 2021 before 03:00 pm (late bids will not be considered).
