Between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Yemen-time) Sunday to Thursday. The deadline for the collection of the Tender Dossier is 27-02-2022 at 3 pm (Yemen- time) The deadline for submission of tenders is 3rd of March 2022 at 3 pm (Yemen-Aden time) upon conditions in the tender dossier.
