Quotation are invited for Purchase of an X-ray Machine for the Mother & Child Health Center - Taiz. Since 1970, Samaritan-s Purse (SP) has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine in the world-s most troubled regions. Samaritan-s Purse serves people in need with equality and respect, and without preference or regard to race, religion, gender, creed or social status. Currently Samaritan-s Purse has 18 country offices and works through partners in an additional 42 countries. The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to purchase an x-ray machine to be used at the Mother and Child Health Center in Taiz governorate. The item listed will support Samaritan-s Purse programming within Yemen and as a means to bring aid to the victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine. They will in not be resold, bartered, traded for other goods or services, or used as leverage in any way, shape or form. Bidders are responsible for reviewing and understanding the contents of the RFQ package and requirements when preparing their quotation. They are also responsible for ensuring that their submission comply with the stated requirements. Failure to meet the requirements of the RFQ may result in disqualification of the submitted quotation.
