The items listed in Annex A will support Samaritan-s Purse programming within Yemen and as a means to bring aid to the victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine. They will in not be resold, bartered, traded for other goods or services, or used as leverage in any way, shape or form. Bidders are responsible for reviewing and understanding the contents of the RFQ package and requirements when preparing their quotation. They are also responsible for ensuring that their submission comply with the stated requirements. Failure to meet the requirements of the RFQ may result in disqualification of the submitted quotation.
