Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Vehicle Rental Services for UNMHA & OSESGY in Yemen. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY) 2.1 Drivers provided by the Contractor: must be in possession of valid Yemen driving license. 2.1.1 Drivers must be able to communicate in English. 2.1.2 The Driver shall conduct routine daily check and take necessary services that might be required to maintain the vehicles in excellent operating conditions. 2.2 Operation Hours and Duty: The drivers should report to the office by 0800hrs, unless formerly informed for earlier reporting time. 2.2.1 UNMHA/OSESGY requires flexible working hours, and the Contractor is expected to ensure no driver serves for more than nine (9) hours continuously. Thus, if for official purposes UNMHA/OSESGY requires continuous driving services to more than nine (9) hours, the Contractor is required to provide a replacement driver. 2.3 Vehicle: All vehicles, either armored or non-armored as required by UNMHA and OSESGY shall be from the current year or maximum three years old. However, the mileage should not exceed 20,000km. 2.3.1 All vehicles should be as follows: · (Non-armored) Minibus, SUV, Sedan · (Armored B7) SUV · Diesel engine · Automatic/ manual transmission · Standard air-conditioning/heating system · Economic engine size for fuel efficiency
