- Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Medical Services to IOM Beneficiaries Sana-a- Yemen. The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Provision of Medical Services to IOM Beneficiaries in Sana-a- Yemen on a Long-term Basis for One Year) for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued. IOM now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services mentioned above. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality - Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP. The RFP includes the following documents: Section I. Instructions to Service Providers Section II. Technical Proposal - Standard Forms Section III. Financial Proposal - Standard Forms Section IV. Terms of Reference Section V. Standard Form of Contract The Proposals must be placed in sealed and stamped envelope with clear markings containing the Tender number: RFP No# SAN-RFP-MHU- MS-007 and submit not later than Saturday 04th of April 2021 before 02:00 pm local time. to: IOM, Mission in Yemen The Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee Behind Hadda post office, next to Turkish embassy Hadda area, Sana-a, Yemen. Late Proposal shall not be accepted. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
