• Quotation are invited for Provision of Health Insurance Service for PAH Staff. The deadline to submit the quotation is 19 December 2022 at 12:00 PM Local Time- any quotation submitted after the deadline will not be considered. The Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) is an INGO with a mission to make the world a better place by promoting humanitarian values and alleviating human suffering caused by armed conflicts and natural disasters. We provide humanitarian aid in places where humanitarian crises occur. Our support reaches foremost the most vulnerable to their consequences: women, children, elderly, disabled, refugees, and internally displaced persons (IDPs). In our work, we honor the principles of: humanitarianism, impartiality, neutrality, and independence. We provide aid in response to the most severe needs, regardless of nationality, race, religion, social standing, or views. Conditions for participation: PAH invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit their quotations for Health insurance., To view the detailed procurement schedule and the required documents, please download the attached files from the “Downloads & Attachment” on this page. · The service provider has to be legally licensed and registered in Yemen. · The deadline to submit the quotation is 19 December 2022 at 12:00 PM Local Time- any quotation submitted after the deadline will not be considered. · PAH has its right to choose a service provider not depending only on the lowest price. The quality of the benefits will be considered too. · All PAH terms, conditions, and policies must be accepted by the service provider. · PAH will not cover any costs related to the creation of the bids. · PAH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all expressions of interest or cancel the process without informing the interested applicants. Further information on conditions and requirements are specified in the attached, detailed Tender Documents All Interested Candidates who have any inquiries/clarification requests please send an email to: tenders.yemen@pah.org.pl Requirements for Bid Submission: Submit in a sealed envelope market PRF/YEM/131/10/2022 tender No PAH/Yemen/Tender/2022/3 with the documents required in clause 2 stating “not be opened before the deadline mentioned below by the tender commission” to the Private Tender Box which will be placed in PAH office in Aden, Khormakser, 14 October street 19/12/2022, 12:00 PM as a deadline. Envelopes may be delivered by hand and be placed in the private tender box. You need to register your company name in the tender deliver sheet. Please note that PAH office will not be open during weekends or public holidays.
