Tenders are invited for Provision of External Statutory Annual Audit Service of Norwegian Refugee Council in Yemen for the Current Year 2022. Not later than 18/Oct/2022 at 3:00 pm. Manner of Submission: All the interested bidders must do the following: Interested & qualified Audit firm - services provider should submit a stamped official letter from their company along with copy of the company valid commercial / related business registration document and valid tax card to be able to collect the tender documents from NRC office in Sana-a starting from 4th of Oct 2022 until 18th of Oct 2022 between 09:00 AM to 03:00 pm, moreover bidders questions & inquires will be responded during the period mentioned in the ITB NOT after the due date through the email below Email address: ye.procurement@nrc.no All the offers must be delivered to NRC Sana'a Office: Hadda Road - Behind Nakhat Zaman Restaurant-Off Ex World Bank Office not later than 18/Oct/2022 at 3:00 pm. Tel: 01 425447. Offers should clearly include the following: Company Registration, up to date tax and other statutory compliance certificates. Firm-s competency and staff profile, capacity and at least two INGO referees. Estimated duration of work, to ensure that the auditors meet the reporting deadline of 10th of February 2023, the auditors are required to do a pre-audit in Nov 2022 and the pre- final audit in January 2023 Your earliest availability to commence the audit process. The audit fee and payment terms (fees include the project audits for the donors NMFA, SIDA Annual Audit report and management letter produced in both language English and Arabic Issue and submit the income tax return in both Arabic and English Bank guarantee with value of five thousand USD valid for two months as willingness proof to participate to NRC Trend (submitting separately out of the sealed envelopes). Tender must be submitted in 2 separated sealed envelopes (Technical and financial) offers. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Norwegian Refugee Council Offices in Sana-a by 16th Oct 2022 Before 03:00 pm
