Description:
The Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY) and the United Nations Mission to support the Hudaydah Agreement, (UNMHA), have a requirement for the services of a qualified supplier to provide drinking water at their premises in Sana'a, Aden and Hudaydah in Yemen.Theproposed contract shall be for an initial period of two (2) years with options for extensions of three (3) years (2+1+1+1) at the sole discretion of the UN, subject to extension of the mission mandate and the supplier's performance.The supplier shall establish a supply chain to deliver the drinkingwater to OSESGY and UNMHA offices in Sana'a, Aden and Hudaydah on "as and when required basis" within 24 hours after receipt of a Supply Release Order. All water bottles shall be delivered up to the dispensers by the contractor. The approximate requirements for 5-years of drinking water in liters withBottles size 20 lts are mentioned below: 1. 100,000 lts (5000 bottles) of drinking water in Sana'a 2. 100,000 lts (5000 bottles) of drinking water in Aden The approximate requirements for 5-years of drinking water in liters with Bottles size 0.75 lts are mentioned below: 1. 16,380 lts (21,840 bottles)of drinking water in Sana'a 2. 13,860 lts (18,480 bottles) of drinking water in Aden 3. 18,900 lts (25,200 bottles) of drinking water in Hudaydah Water can be requested to be delivered in 20 liters bottles or 0.75 liters, there is no minimum quantity to be required per month.
