- The United Nations Mission to support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) and Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary General for Yemen (OSESGY) have a requirement to establish a long-term agreement with a qualified company to provide cleaning services, grounds maintenance, pest control, waste disposal, sewage cleaning and laundry services at the UNMHA facilities in Sana'a, Aden and Hudaydah, Yemen to ensure that the UNMHA premises are clean and safe, free of pests and that the flower beds, trees and plants are maintained and healthy.This is a one (1) year contract with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods (1 1) total 3 years. The extensions will be subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, availability of funds and extension of the mission mandate.Cleaning services: This refers to the provision of cleaning and laundry services. Services include labor, supervision, and area/activity-specific products and equipment.Grounds Maintenance: This refers to all that is required for gardening and herbicide services,including labor, supervision, and area/activity-specific products, materials and equipment.Pest Control : This refers to all that is required toimplement an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest and rodent control, and fumigation to prevent and eliminate pest infestations. Services include all labor, supervision, products, materials and equipment required to provide the services.Premises: All buildings and outdoor areas within the UNMHA/OSESGY compounds, and perimeters within 5 meters from and around the compounds.The UN reserves the right to award multiple contracts to more than one bidder based on the best offer submitted per location.
