Description:
The Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary General for Yemen (OSESGY) has a requirement for a qualified contractor to supply and deliver bulk water for general use to its premises to its office in Sana-a located at Faj Attan, next to OHCHR offices.The contract shall be for three (3) years with possible extension of two (1+1) successive years. The duration of the contract is subject to OSESGY mandate extension, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor.The estimated yearly quantity of water to be provided is 1,500 cubic meters. This is only an estimation, and it does not commit OSESGY to consume or order this quantity.Quality of water and Material:- The bulk water will be used for day-to-day activities such as cooking, cleaning, etc. - The Contractor shall obtain the water from authorized municipality sources only.- The water shall be filtered, disinfected, clear, free of settled and suspended matter and free of objectionable odour and turbidity.- The Contractor shall use trucks that are designated for water transportation only.
