- Tenders are invited for Mobile Refrigerators for Transporting and Freezing Sacrifices in the Specified Governorates. • A license conforming to the standards followed and approved by the Yemeni Ministry of Transport. • The company's fleet of meat and meat freezers, and trucks for that purpose, with comprehensive insurance on all cars in all the mentioned governorates. • Competitive prices and submitting fixed offers - one month validity (renewable). • Documents and certificate of the supplier that prove the registration of the bidder with the authorities concerned with this activity. • Work experience in transporting, cooling and refrigerating light and heavy - tankers and trailers. • The ability to ensure adherence to the required standards as well as the safety and security policy. • The main bid currency is the US dollar. • Ensure and confirm the bidder's commitment and compliance with the contents and requirements of the attached documents, which are: the terms and conditions of bid submission, terms and conditions of procurement, anti-corruption and bribery policy, child protection policy and the applicable code of conduct in the organization. Required documents :- 1. A valid commercial register (license to practice the profession in the same field) 2. A valid tax card. (Bring the assets for matching). 3. Financial guarantee: A bank guarantee of 5% of the total bid value, valid for 90 days from the date of opening the envelopes. 4. Previous contracts in the same field. Submission of Tender Documents : Quotations are received from the applicants in a sealed envelope with red wax, including the offer submitted by the company and all the official documents required of it as indicated above and delivered to the tender box specified for the tender. So on Thursday: 08 / 07/2021 m from 09:30 am to 23:00 and will not accept any offer given to us after this date. The envelopes will be opened on the same day Thursday 08-07-2021 pm at 11:00 pm. Tender documents shall be received and returned to and from the following address : the organization's building located in Sana'a, the Islamic Relief Organization building unit - next to the German embassy , according to Yemeni local time .
