- Request for proposals are invited for Master Service Agreement for Advertisement Service Eligibility documents that will be checked before technical evaluation (Preliminary Evaluation) • A Certificate of Business Registration or Trading License in (Yemen) Providing licenses and official papers for operating as a specialized advertising platform. (Mandatory) • ID or passport copies for individual owner/s. (Mandatory) • Tax ID Card in (Yemen) (Mandatory) Technical: Bidders shall provide the schedules listed below in their own formats. • Delivery lead time Annex C • Clarification Check List Annex E • Supplier information form & Conflict of Interests completed signed and stamped (Annex B) Financial: • Price list clearly completed, signed and stamped (Appendix A) (mandatory) The IRC Way provides three (3) core values - Integrity, Service, and Accountability - and twenty-two (22) specific undertakings.
