Médecins du Monde intends to award a supply contract for Health Insurance for MDM employees and their spouses & Life Insurance for MDM employees only. Description Lot. 1 Medical Insurance for MDM employees and their spouses. Lot. 2 Medical Insurance for Children Lot. 3 Life Insurance for MDM employees only. Procurement notice: 22YEMSAH055 Tender dossier: 22YEMSAH055 An Offer should clearly include the following: · Company valid commercial local registration, TAX card, and Zakat card, insurance card and licence card. · Documented experience & references from other similar transactions, companies, NGO-s, and UN agencies. · Validity of the submitted offer, indicate period of supply and installation of furniture for the targeted Health Facilities according to the distribution plan. · Bank guarantee 2% of the total value of your respected offer. · The tender shall consist of one original (marked “Original”) and (ONE) identical copies (marked “Copy). These should be sealed in two separate inner plain envelopes, duly marked “original” and “copies”. Tender must be submitted in sealed envelopes and indicate the reference number and Tender Subject in the envelope cover. Any request for clarification must be received by MDM (Médecins du Monde) in writing to procurement.yemen@medecinsdumonde.net at least 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. MDM will reply to bidders' questions at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
