Cover Letter related to INVITATION TO BID NO 2/2026/5(Cover Letter for ITB Establishment of a Long-Term Agreement for the Procurement of Printing Materials for the WHO Sana-a and Aden, Yemen) The World Health Organization Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers for the Establishment of a Long-Term Agreement for the Procurement of Printing Materials for the WHO Sana-a and Aden, Yemen), as per the attached specifications listed under (Annex 2).This will be processed through a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) covering a period of 2 years, in which the prices are fixed and the delivery lead time between the request and delivery is to be indicated.WHO is not obliged to extend the LTA, or to reach its maximum duration, if the performance of the supplier is not satisfactory.
