This Bulletin (Amendment 3 on the bid) issued to extend the deadline until 2nd of April ,2023 COB and to Answer to the bidders- questions raised during the Pre-bid meeting. See attached Bid BULLETIN -Amendment 3- Bidders should not wait till last minute to upload /submit their proposals.------------------------------------------------------This Amendment2 done to upload the revised TOR , extend the deadline and notify the bidders for Pre- Bid meeting on the 18th of March 2023 ( 10:00 am till 1:00 pm) PWP location.Please See the revised TOR attached Note*: All Tasks above and their modules will include an Analysis and Design as the first step.
