- Expression of Interest are invited for Improving Quality of Third-Party Monitoring in Yemen. The objectives of this assignment are to: (1) investigate and ascertain if the TPM tools are comprehensive and specific to provide the needed information at the surveyed health facilities on (a) service utilization; (b) service readiness and availability; and (c) quality of care; (2) confirm if the TPMA is using appropriate data collection methodology in a context-appropriate manner; (3) assess quality of the data; and (4) provide technical recommendations to address identified gaps.
