The Adventist Development Relief Agency (ADRA) is an independent humanitarian agency established for the specific purpose of providing individual and community development and disaster relief. ADRA International operates in 142 countries around the world and started its activity in Yemen since 1995. It has a presence in 14 governorates in Yemen in which it responds to all areas of the humanitarian sectors including primary health care, economic development, education and food security. ADRA Yemen invites closed bids from all eligible suppliers to obtain a Framework Service Agreement for the service Cash Voucher Redemption for Small Business Items FWA-ADRA-MNR-Livelihood- (0059, 0064, 0096, 0101) -2021 The Framework Service Agreement provides a framework for repeated requests for goods and services at a fixed fair price throughout the term of the agreement while permitting the ordering of variable quantities and types of goods and services and delivery dates. In return for the organization to limit the purchase requests for the above mentioned goods and services from the supplier to be contracted with.
