People in Need is registered by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in the Republic of Yemen with Principal Cooperation Agreement signed on the 25/11/2021. SCOPE OF TENDER Contract Title: Framework agreement for Tenders/Procurement Publishing. Our organization is currently in search of a suitable platform to advertise procurement/tenders and job vacancies to a vast and diverse audience. The chosen supplier will be granted a framework agreement for a period of two years. We aim to secure a competitive, reliable, and efficient platform that will enable us to reach a broad range of potential candidates and contractors. Ability to reach and work. 3- Previous Experience (preferable in the same field of this tender supplies) 4- Tender offer must remain valid for the period of 60 days from the date of closing unless withdrawn in writing before the close of tenders 5- Provide separate (Technical and Financial) offers. PIN is not bound to accept any application or give reasons for rejection or acceptance.
