- Expression of Interest are invited for Food Quality Inspection and Lab Analysis. 1. The World Food Programme (WFP) is the world's largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience. Each year, WFP assists some 80 million people in around 80 countries. 2. The WFP Goods and Services Procurement Unit seeks provision of Inspection and Lab Analysis Services for Food Quality, milling activity and Commodity Vouchers through Trader-s Network (CVTN) for operations managed by Yemen Country Office. The service is needed to ensure safety/quality of food assistance operations, WFP seeks to collaborate with international food quality inspection companies and laboratories with experience in the Yemeni Market, the service provider should have full knowledge of GAFTA rules and experience of offering food Q&Q services to INGO in the Middle East and have legal representation in Yemen, are welcome to apply. 3. WFP will only consider competent companies to deliver the requirements detailed in the Scope of Work (SOW). 4. WFP invites eligible service providers to express their interest in providing the food quality inspection and food analysis services.
