The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is UN Migration Agency established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. The IOM is herewith requesting your Company to submit Quotation in US Dollar for Construction of zinc family latrines in three sites. Guideline for submission of quotation. Mandatory to be considered for the bidding Relevant past performance experience for similar projects with IOM/UN Agency/INGOs/NGOs (Latrines Rehabilitation Projects). Quotation Price: Prices shall be quoted in UD dollars (USD) are FINAL and All Inclusive from any charges (VAT, Transport, labor & any other cost) that might occur during delivery to the designated site. Validity of submitted quotation: The quotation offer must be valid for 90 calendar days. Delivery Time: Indicate work delivery time. The bidder is responsible to obtain all import approvals. The proposed product should be New and comes with ORIGINAL WARRANTY from the respective manufacturer (Brand Owner) and the standard warranty period and as per manufacturer guideline. The awarded Supplier will be responsible to assist and support any warranty claim made by IOM during the warranty period of the purchased product. IOM will not take any responsibility for damage/ leakage. IOM will arrange a specialized automobile engineer for the final inspection up delivery. Payment: Payment will be released as per agreed terms and conditions within 30 Calendar days after 100% delivery/and upon final inspection of 3rd party specialized in the automobile field.
