Tenders are invited for Construction of Reproductive Health Building Second Floor in Al Shaheed Al Khulani Rural Hospital -Mabyan Dis.- Hajjah Gov. The Adventist Development Relief Agency (ADRA) is an independent humanitarian agency established for the specific purpose of providing individual and community development and disaster relief. ADRA International operates in 142 countries around the world and started its activity in Yemen since 1995. It has a presence in 14 governorates in Yemen in which it responds to all areas of the humanitarian sectors including primary health care, economic development, education and food security. ADRA is inviting eligible and qualified contractor / suppliers to submit their offers for Wash Rehabilitation of Health Facilities in: Construction of Reproductive Health Building second floor in Al Shaheed Al khulani Rural Hospital -Mabyan Dis.- Hajjah Gov. Tender packages can be picked up by downloading them from the below link. Tenders must be submitted to ADRA Yemen office, Sana-a, Faj Attan - Beirut Street Behind the Indonesian Embassy, Procurement Department, Before (Monday, December 27, 2021 at 4:00 PM) Yemen Timing Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered. Tender opening session will take a place on Tuesday, December 28th, 2021 at 10:30 AM Yemen Timing. in ADRA Yemen Office (same above address). All tenders should be submitted in SEALED envelopes clearly marked: Tender No.: ADRA-BMZ-0069-2021 Tender Title: Construction of Reproductive Health Building second floor in Al Shaheed Al khulani Rural Hospital -Mabyan Dis.- Hajjah Gov. If any bidder is found with missing documents, then the committee has the right to decide on either to grant the bidder 48 hours to submit the missing documents or to move on to opening the Financial Envelopes. In case the committee decides to grant the bidders 48 hours to submit their missing documents, then the financial envelopes shall remain sealed, returned back to the tender box, and the opening of the financial envelopes will be postponed until after the given 48 hours. In addition, the financial envelopes of those bidders who were found non-eligible shall remain sealed and returned back to the bidder. The general instructions of the tender are attached with the tender package and it should be read before initiating the offer.
