• Tenders are invited for Construction of a Malnutrition and Pediatric Treatment Center Building at Al-Qanas Maternity and Childhood Hospital Affiliated with the Spanish Organization Doctors without Borders in Al-Qanaws District - Al-Hodeidah Governorate Posted on 16 Feb, 2022 Closing on 01 Mar, 2022 Construct Building of (ITFC - Pediatric) Inpatient Therapeutic Feeding Centre and Pediatric in Al Qanawis Maternity and Childhood Hospital. Bank Guaranteed 2% of vender offer valid for 3 months. Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters and exclusion from health care. Tender Object: Construct building of (ITFC - Pediatric) Inpatient Therapeutic Feeding Centre and Pediatric, as per Technical Specifications and drawings. Construction Location: Al Qanawis Maternity and Childhood hospital in Al-Qanaws district - Al-Hodeida governorate. Construction components: Therapeutic feeding department + pediatric department + emergency department + Isolation room + Medical and nursing care rooms + utility and dirty room + toilets) with total area 300 square meters for only one floor. Tendering documents: General and special conditions booklet + architectural and construction drawings for the building + bills of quantities with technical specifications Conditions required: · Constructor with recent experience in similar medical structures projects. · Not Blacklisted by Ministry of Works, Social Fund for Development or Public Works Project. · Contractors advised to visit the site, for supply availability and related factors to avoid any kind of excuses later. · Bidding currency (US dollar) and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded. Bid document shall be delivered to the MSF-Spain office in Sana'a - Haddah - the diplomatic area - behind Khawlah school for girls within above-specified date in a sealed envelope with red wax and the tender reference shall be mentioned on it. Incomplete bids or bids received after the closing date will not be considered. The following documents must be attached: 1- Copy of Valid income tax card. 2- Copy of Valid registration card. 3- Bank Guaranteed 2% of vender offer valid for 3 months. 4- A copy of a valid certificate of practicing the profession. 5- Detailed implementation period schedule.
